After a one day weather postponement, the sports day was held Friday 17th June in hot and sunny conditions. There must have been quite a few kiddies and parents who suffered a little from sunburn later on that night.
The races started at 1:20 pm. Which meant that the event overran slightly after cramming in all the races as well as the presentation at the end. The certificates and trophies were presented by Cllr. Lisa Costello; with Hawks winning the house cup, Liam Roche winning ‘best boy’ and Ashleigh Clarke winning ‘best girl’.
